应用木瓜蛋白酶制作实验性肺气肿的动物模型

【摘要】 <正> 近年,肺气肿发病的酶假说,是基于观察到抗胰蛋白酶(αl-Antitrypsin简称αl A T)缺乏的个体肺气肿发病率高而提出的。呼吸道长期慢性炎症。局部白细胞及巨噬细胞增多,大量释放弹性蛋白酶而使抑制剂相对不足,致使肺组织自身消化致病。通过我们的实验与国外报导大部分肺气肿患者血中抗胰蛋白酶的水平并不低,而体内弹性蛋白酶的活
【Abstract】 A method to preparate an experimental emphysema in rats by the intratracheal instillation of papain was described in this paper.Four rats died within one week after three times instillation per week with a total dose of 6 mg papain, 6 rats survived and were killed at 1/2 month. The lung section of all survived animals shewed a different emphysema changes. The severity and extent of emphysema tended to vary from animal to animal even with the same dose level of papain and the same survival time, These models may act as a tool for clinical research use.
