【Abstract】 Two cases of W-P-W syndrome were operated upon for interruption of the anomalous pathway between the atrium and ventricle under the guidance of epicardial mapping.In April, 1976, we operated the first case of W-P-W syndrome, type B. The interruption of the kent’s bundle was performed on the surface of the righf atrioventricular groove.In January 1981, the second case, type A was operated under the cardiopulmonary bypass.The atrial endocardium above the left A-V anulus was incised.This paper also discribed the anatomical location of the Kent’s bundle, especially by-1he E.K.G. preoperatively, and the length, depth of incision at the atrium endocardium.更多还原
