一种激光多用干涉仪的光学系统设计
The Optical System Design of a Versatile Laser Interferometer
【摘要】 利用激光的优点,研制了一种操作方便、用途广泛、精度高的偏振激光多用干涉仪。仪器采用了1/4波片、偏振分光镜系统,能调节干涉条纹反差和消除光学系统各表面剩余反射的影响。主要介绍了仪器的设计思想和若干试验结果。分析了以抛光面为条件确定检偏器转角的方法,描述了利用可换物镜组方便地实现等倾干涉测量的方法,和为操作方便而设计的迅速形成干涉条纹装置及双菱形镜对准装置等问题。
【Abstract】 Making use of the laser advantages, we have developed a versa-tile polarized laser interferometer of high precision and with simple operation.A quarter wave-plate and polarizing beam-split prism system is applied, so that thisinstrument can adjust contrast of interference fringes and eliminate the adverseeffects of the stray light reflected from surfaces of the interferometer. The designof this instrument and some of its experimental results are given here. The methodof realizing uniform inclination interference measurement with one of the intercha-ngeable objectives of testing spherical mirror, the apparatus of quick fringe acquisi-tion and the double rhomboid-prism alignment system designed for operating withease, are also described.
