降低轧机主传动中的动载荷
MINIMIZING THE DYNAMIC LOAD ON THE MAIN DRIVE OF THE ROLLING MILL
【摘要】 根据现代动力学理论,本文研究了适合于由电子计算机计算动态响应的数学模型、降低主传动动载荷的参数优化设计和主传动系统中的稳态振动,提出了计算动态响应的实用而又简单的方法,并编制了相应的程序。本文还编制了两个相应于改进了的POWELL法和HOLZER法的计算程序,并用此程序来进行优化设计和分析分支系统的频率及振型。
【Abstract】 In this article the author gives his investigation, on the basis of some modern views in dynamios, of the mathematical models suitable for computing the dynamic response of the system on the computen, the optimization of the main, driving parameters for minimizing the dynamic load and the steady-state torsional vibrations at the main drive system. As a result, a practical and simple method is developed for the calculation of the dynamic response and the relevant computen program is provided. Finally, the author proposes two computer programs couresponding to those compiled by improvd powell’s method and Holzer’s method rospectively, intended for the optimization and the analysis of tho froquency and the vibrational mode of the branched systems.
