【Abstract】 In this study, the cardiac structure and function in 102 athletes with high voltage of left ventricle inECG were examined by echocardiogtaphy, apexcardiography, systolic time intervals, X-ray cardiac measure-ment and physical work capacity tests. The parameters obtained were compared with those of 110 athletes withnormal voltage of left ventricle. Results showed no significant difference between these two groups either in cardiac structure (LYID,PWT, IYST) or in catdiac function (STI’s, SV, EF, Vcf, PWV). The results of this study may be ofpractical value to the work of medical supervision and physical training.更多还原
