金鱼乳酸脱氢酶的同工酶的发生遗传学研究——Ⅰ.鲫鱼和红龙睛金鱼各组织器官乳酸脱氢酶的同工酶的比较

【摘要】 本研究以鲫鱼和红龙腈金鱼为材料,对肾脏、心脏、肝脏、脾脏、脑、眼、卵和肌肉等8种组织器官分别进行了乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)同工酶的分析比较。结果表明,不同组织中LDH的同工酶谱带是不相同的,存在着组织特异性。但鲫鱼与红龙腈金鱼同一组织器官的LDH的同工酶谱带则基本相同,这在一定程度上为金鱼是由鲫鱼进化而来的推论提供了依据。
【Abstract】 In the present study,lactate dehydrogenase isozymes(LDH) zymograms of different tissues of crucian(wild Carassius auratus) were compared with those of the red dragon-eye goldfish(domestic Carassius auratus) in order to shed light on the relationship and tissue specificity of these two kinds of fishes.Specific isozyme patterns were observed in the brain,heart,eye,spleen,ovary,kidney,liver and muscle(from the fish back) of crucian and red dragon-eye goldfish.The results showed that significant difference occurred in LDH zymograms of various tissues.Zymograms of red dragon-eye goldfish and those of crucian were similar,but difference was found only in staining level and width of the bands.The similarity in the zymograms reflects a close relationship between the two kinds of fishes,and provides a biochemical evidence,showing that goldfish was evolved from crucian,which is consistent with the evidence derived from taxonomic researches.
