【摘要】 本试验对32头广西陆川仔猪（体重约10公斤）饲喂含 AFB₁不同含量的日粮共219天。结果在日粮中含 AFB₁50ppb 时,肝、肾中含有微量（低于1ppb）AFM₁,尿中可达2ppb。日粮中含100ppb 时,在临床、增重、血液常规、血清转氨酶以及肉眼病理变化均未见有任何不良影响。肌肉、血液、肾脏及肝脏中均不含有 AFB₁,但肝脏、肾脏中含有微量 AFM₁,尿中可达5ppb。日粮中含 AFB₁200ppb 时,对增重稍有影响,肝脏及肾脏可检出微量 AFB₁及 AFM₁,尿中 AFM₁可达15ppb,肝脏出现组织学变化。达到400ppb 时,上述变化较为明显。因此,可以认为日粮中含 AFB₁50ppb 以下时为安全剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-two Kwangsi Luchuan pigs（about 10kg body weight）Were fed rations containing 50— 400ppb aflatoxin B₁（AFB₁）for 219 days.Clinical Signs,changes in body weight,packed Cell Volo- me,Serum enzyme levels,aflatoxin residues in tissues and organs,gross and histological Changes We- re studied.Rations Containing 50 and 100 ppb AFB₁ did not significantly affect weight gains.The muscle,liver,blood and Kidney Were examined and no detectable AFB₁ residue was found.Tiny amounts of aflatoxin M₁（AFM₁）were defected in Liver and Kidney,but the urine contained 2～ 5 ppb.When AFB₁ Content in the ration was 200ppb,weight gains were slightly decreased,and 400ppb content greatly decreased weight gains.When rations contained 200 and 400ppb of AFB₁,tiny amaun- ts of AFB₁ and AFM₁ were detected in liver and kidney,but the urine contained 10～15ppb.Histol- ogical lesions occurred in the liver.It is suggested that a ration containing 50ppb AFB₁ is safe for pigs.更多还原
