C11H6AsF6O5Re的晶体与分子的结构
The Crystal and Molecular Structure ofC11 H6 As F6 O5 Re
【摘要】 分子式为C11H6AsF6C5Re化合物的单晶,其空间群为pI、a=8.189(3)、b=8.950(3、c=25.471(3)A、α=101.49(1)、β=90.28(2)、γ=116.78(2)°、z=4。利用重原子法对结构进行了测定,对5690个独立衍射点经用分块矩阵最小二乘法进行了结构修正,最后得R=0.048和Rw=0.053。化合物结构特征是在不对称单元中有两个独立分子,Re原子呈近似八面体配位。Re-As键是实际上不等边皱折伍元环的一部分,本文提出了一个简便分析皱折伍元环的方法。
【Abstract】 The Compound of formula C11H6AsF6O5Re Crystallized in the space group pI with a=8.189(3),b=8.950(3),c=25.471(3)A°,α=101.49(1),β=90.28(2),γ=116.78(2)° and z=4.The structure has been Solved by the heavy-atom method and refined by blocked full-matrix least-Squares toR= 0,048 and Rw=0.053 for 5690 independent reflections.The Structure of the compound is characterized by near octahedral coordination around the Re atoms in the two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit of the structure.The Re-As bons is part of a puckered five-membered ring Containing edges of Substantially different lengths A method for convenient analysis of the general puckered five-membered ring is Suggested.
