黑麦(Secale cereale)的染色体组型分析

【摘要】 本试验用涂片法制片,以低渗、酶解、火焰干燥以及分带等处理我国“甘肃黑麦”和加拿大黑麦“Kustro”的根尖细胞。从形态、C 带带型分析和比较了其染色体组型。两个品种无显著差异。其染色体的端粒带、核仁缢痕带都显著而较稳定。着丝点带也常出现。中间带变化较大。所有染色体分为三组:中部着丝点染色体;亚中部着丝点染色体;随体染色体。

【Abstract】 In this study slides were prepared by smear method with pretreat-ment of low temperature(0°-3℃),KCI,enzyme,flamedrying and diffe-rential stained with Giemsa technique for demonstrating the somatic chro-mosome of root tip of the Chinese rye‘Gansu’and Canadian rye‘Ku-stro’.The karyotype was analysed by means of morphological compari-son and banding pattern of individual chromosomes of the rye genom.There are no significant differences between the chromosome sets of thetwo varieties studied.Both of them show prominent C-bands on telo-mere and satellite regions and fainter bands on centromere regions.How-ever,the intercalary bands show more variation.The seven pairs ofchromosomes of rye genom are classified into 3 groups,namely,3 me-tacentric,3 submetacentric and 1 satellited chromosomes.
