【Abstract】 This paper analyses the acquisition behavior of phase accelerating signal for high gain second and third order PLLs with an arbitrary periodic odd characteristic phase detector. The analysis leads to several formulas of acquisition. Furthermore, we can see that if frequency step and frequency ramp are less than certain value, the second order loop pull in time will be less than that of the third order loop.更多还原
