【Abstract】 This paper presents two cases of malignancy of uterine corpus following irradiation therapy for squamous cell carcinoma of the cervix. We briefly reviewed the literature and come to have the opinion that women are proven to develop malignant tumor of the uterus after irradiation for cervical cancer. These tumors usually develop after more than five years following the primary therapy and with a uniformly bad prognosis. Hence we emphasize the importance of prolonged routine follow-up examination of all patients treated for cervical cancer. Adequate evaluation of all symptoms and/or pelvic masses found on examination is necessary.更多还原
