【摘要】 <正> 六六六化学名六氯环已烷(Hexachlorocyclohexane,HCH),对保证农作物增产起着重要作用。但由于其物理化学性质稳定,喷洒于农作物后,在自然界长期残存,因而造成环境污染及食物污染;人体脂肪组织及乳汁中六六六的蓄积很严重,成为危害人类健康的一个潜在因素,引起了世界各国的关注。目前不少国家已禁用六六六。自50年代开始,国外陆续有工业品六六六及林丹(纯丙体六六六)中毒的实验病理研究报告,但多限于光学显微镜观察。我国近年来对其中毒的病理变化也做过一

【Abstract】 This article reported the pathological, especially the ultramicrostructural changes of the liver and kidney in rats which were poisoned by technical bezene hexachloride (BHC) and Lindan subacutely. Significant hydropic degeneration of the liver and the kidney cells and fatty degeneration of the liver cells were observed. Through electro-microscopic examination, we discovered that there were proliferation and expansion of the smooth endoplasmic reticulum, swelling of the mitochondria and formation of la-mellar bodies in, the cytoplasm in the liver cells and the kidney cells, and increase in number of lysosome in the epithelial cells of the renal tubules. These results, indicated that the technical BHC damaged the liver cells of the rat more seriously than Lindan did while Lindan damaged the kidney cells more seriously. Because Lindan produced more serious damage in the kidney cells, the authors think that the tentative plan of replacing technical BUC by Lindan should be carefully considered.
