建筑沥青生产新工艺——渣油过热水蒸汽裂解缩合

【摘要】 在实验室中研究了一种从石油残渣油制取建筑沥青的新工艺——水蒸汽裂解缩合。使用了任丘减压渣油、任丘减压渣油的丙烷脱油沥青和胜利减压渣油三种不同原料。实验是在5升的反应器中,在过热水蒸汽存在下,反应温度为400~415℃、常压条件下进行,反应时间则根据产品沥青的软化点来选择。该过程除可得到规格要求的建筑沥青外,还可以得到一定数量的轻质馏出油,催化裂化原料和少量燃料气。各产品的产率随原料和反应条件变化。与氧化沥青过程相比,本过程另一个突出的优点是不排出有害气体,因而可以显著地减少对大气的污染。

【Abstract】 A new process for producing roofing asphalt from petroleum residua by steam cracking and condensation has been studied in the laboratory. Three different stocks, i. e. Shengli and Renqiu vacuum residua and PDA asphalt of Renqiu vacuum residue,were used.Experiments were carried out in a 5 liter reactor at temperature 400 to 415℃ under atmospheric pressure and in the presence of superheated steam, while the reaction time was selected according to the softening point of the asphalt. Besides the roofing asphalt, a certain amount of light distillate, catalytic cracking feedstock, and a small amount of fuel gas could also be obtained. The products slate was related to the raw materials and reaction conditions. No detrimental gas was evolved during operation and the environment pollution might not be so serious as in air blowing process.
