三对角矩阵—牛顿-拉夫森联合法——一种改进的精馏算法
AN IMPROVED COMPUTATION TECHNIQUE FORTHE DISTILLATION PROCESS-COMBINEDTRIDIA-2N-NR METHOD
【摘要】 为克服现有精馏算法的一些不足之处,作者将三对角矩阵法和2N型牛顿-拉夫森法两者结合,通过相互取长补短取得了良好效果,所建立的联合算法具有适用范围宽,对初值要求不高、收敛速度快和稳定性好等优点。 此外,鉴于目前三对角矩阵法的组成圆整方法的不足,作者提出了改进的圆整方法,显著加快了三对角矩阵法的收敛速度。 曾将本算法和SHBWR及PR汽-液平衡模型配合,对轻烃生产系统中具有各种特性的精馏及吸收-精馏塔进行了考核计算,结果是满意的。
【Abstract】 A combined tridiagonal matrix (TRIDIA) and 2N Newton-Raphson (2N-NR) method was proposed to improve the existing computation techniques. The improvements are significant; faster convergence, better stability, flexibility in the choice of the initial values, wider range of applicability etc. The convergence rate of TRIDIA is quickened markedly with the improved rounding method proposed by the authors for the composition of the TRIDIA. This technique was applied in checking calculations for various distillation and absorption-distillation processes in light hydrocarbon production. The results were quite satisfactory.
