【摘要】 81例正常大鼠在乌拉坦麻醉下经颈动脉进行左室插管,测得 dp/dl_max为6772±122 mmHg/s（SE,下同）,-dp/dt_max为5257±128mmHg/s,V_max为6.27±0.09肌长度/秒。雌雄间无显著性差别。V_max/dt_max高度相关（r=0.83,p<0.0005）,而与心率、平均动脉压、左室舒张末压等均无显著相关。其中6例静脉注射心得安0.5mg/kg 后主要收缩性能指标均降低。另30例大鼠用箭毒2mg/kg 腹腔注射后,除动脉舒张压无明显变化外,各项指标也都显著降低。本文提示 V_max与 dp/dt_max为反映大鼠心肌收缩性能较好的指标。所得大鼠左室收缩性能指标的正常值可供实验时参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The indices of myocardial contractility were measured in 111 intact,urethaneanesthetized,close chest rats by left ventricular catheterization via thecarotid.For 81 normal rats,the results were as follows:dp/dt max 6672±122 mmHg/s(mean±SE),-dp/dt max 5257±128 mmHg/s,Vmax 6.27±0.09 muscle length/s.There was no difference between male and female,Ithas been shown that Vmax was highly related to dp/dt max while there were no signi-ficant relations between Vmax and heart rate,mean artery pressure,left ventri-cular end diastolic pressure,In 6 cases which were given propranolol 0.5mg(i.v.)afterwards,most of the contractility indices went down significantly.Asto the other 30 rats which were given curarine,all the parameters were also decreasedevidently except the arterial diastolic pressure.It is suggested that Vmax and dp/dt max are available indices of myocardialcontractility for rats.The normal value furnished here may be useful in variousexperiments.更多还原
