纤维的表面形态和真丝化光泽的关系

【摘要】 本文根据涤纶仿丝织物经碱水解后光泽组份的构成情况,分析了织物中纤维表面形态结构的变化与真丝化光泽特征之间的关系,认为纤维表面坑穴的两类遮蔽效应是使它正反射光减少、散射反散光增加,即向真丝化光泽效应靠拢的主要原因.进一步对蚕丝表面形态所作的分析,则表明这两类纤维的光泽特征是有差别的,由于蚕丝表层微原纤结构的特点,使由它而形成的反射具有明显的衍射特性,这说明它和碱水解纤维(碱减量纤维)在形成真丝化光泽效应方面有机理上的差别,这同时也启示我们,如欲进一步取得良好的仿丝效果,应设法改善纺丝质量,使无法避免的瑕疵、气泡和TiO2颗粒能在纤维表面形成更微细和更均匀的分布,另一方面,则应注意缓和碱水解的处理条件.j

【Abstract】 In this paper the relation between the changes of the surface mor-phologr and the characteristic of silk-like lustre of fibre has been analyzed according to the structure of the lustrous constituents of silk-like polyester fabrics after alkaline hydrolysis .This analysis shows that the two kinds of shielding-effect from the holes on the surface of fibre are the main reasons giving rise to the decreasing normal reflection light and the increaing scattering reflection light, i. e. making the surface of fibre more and more towards silk-like lustre effect. With a further analysis of the surface morphology of silk , it indicates that the lustrous characteristic of these two kinds of fibre are different each other. Owing to the traits of microfibril structure in the surface of silk , its reflection has an obvious charac-teristic of di ffraction , so its lustre effect differ from that of the fibre being treated by an alkaline hydrolysis , i. e. they have a different mechanism of lustre effect. Simultaneously, it enlighten us that if we want to improve the spinning quality and make the unavoidable flaws , air bubbles TiO2 grains, etc, more fineand more uniformly distributed, we will get a better silk-like effect. On the other hand , the relaxation of treatment conditions in alkaline hydrolysis should be careful.
