【Abstract】 Clinical and pathologic studies of 2 cases of acute dissecting aneurysm caused bymedial degeneration of the aorta arc reported.One was dissecting aneurysm of theascending aorta extending into the common iliac artery;the patient died of perfora-tion into the pericardial sac.The other involved the descending thoracic aorta distalto the origin of the left subclavian artery with the symptoms of left hemothorax.Both died within one month after onset or exacerbation of symptoms.更多还原
