【摘要】 本文报道腹泻高峰季节(6～9月)中3岁以下婴幼儿腹泻病例和疑似胎儿弯曲菌空肠亚种肠炎中,胎儿弯曲菌空肠亚种的分离率分别为13.08%和14.89%。48例弯曲菌肠炎病例中同时分离到痢疾杆菌的占35.41%。托儿所内3岁以下正常婴幼儿中弯曲菌空肠亚种带菌率为0.99%。电镜观察人和鸭群中分离到的这种亚种与阳性对照组一样,具有两端鞭毛.更多还原

【Abstract】 Thirty-four(13%)and fourteen cases(15%)of Campylobacter entertitis were iden-tified in summer of 1981 respectively from 260 diarrheal infants and 94 suspected Cam-pylobacter enteritis infants and children below 3 years of age.The serum antibody ti(?)reagainst the infecting organism was determined in only one patient,being 1:640.In 48cases of Campylobacter enteritis,we found 17 cases had mixed infections with eitherSonnei or Flexneri Shigellosis.The isolation rate of Campylobacter fetus ssp jejuni from101 normals below 3 years old was 0.99%.Under electron microscope we observed thatCampylobacter fetus ssp jejuni isolated from human being and ducks were all amphitri-chates which were identicle with the control strain.更多还原
