【摘要】 用皮质素处理的胸腺萎缩小鼠模型,观察简化小牛胸腺素对胸腺cAMP、cGMP含量及花生凝集素阳性胸腺细胞数的影响。观察到实验头两天实验组 cAMP高于对照组,两组 cGMP含量变化趋势一致。花生凝集素阳性细胞百分数于整个实验期间,实验组均低于对照组。尤以第一、二天比对照组低40～50％,但两组动物胸腺重量无显著差别。 上述结果表明 cAMP增高与花生凝集素阳性细胞数降低是相关的,提示简化法制备的小牛胸腺素的作用可能是促进前胸腺细胞分化为相对成熟的胸腺细胞。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effect of simplified calf thymosin on cAMP and cGMP contents in thyaius and the peanut-agglutinin-positive cell number of thymus have been assessed in the cortisone-treated mice.It has been observed that the cAMP content of the studied group was higher than that of the control group on the first two days. The changes in cGMP of both groups were identical.The percentage of the peanut-agglutinin-positive cell number in the studied group was lower than that of the control group throughout the experimental period. Particularly on the first and second day a decrease of 40-50% was noted as compared with that of the control group. But -there was no significant difference in thymus weight between the two groups. The foregoing findings indicated that the increase in cAMP content was correlated to the reduction in PNA+ cell number. It was then suggested that simplified calf thymosin was probably of aid in promoting the differentiation of precursor cells into relatively mature thymocytes.更多还原
