【Abstract】 This paper reported the studies on the preparation of paraffin and frozen immunofluo-rescent section, the digestion of the paraffin section, the procedures of indirect immuno-fluorescent staining, the most suitable titer of the first and second antibody, the sites of factor VIII-R: Ag in human spleen and the results of various controls. The improvement of methodology of the paraffin section by using trypsin digestion was especially emphasized and it was compared with routine paraffin and frozen section as well.更多还原
