2—乙基己基膦酸单(2—乙基己基)酯萃取钴(Ⅱ)、镍(Ⅱ)、镁的研究
A Study on the Extraction of Co (Ⅱ) Ni (Ⅱ) and Mg with Mono (2—ethylhexyl) 2—ethylhexyl Phosphonate (HEP[EHH])
【摘要】 本文在25±1℃下用分配法考察了P507—煤油从硫酸盐介质中萃取Co(Ⅱ)Ni(Ⅱ)、Mg的机理。求得其萃合物组成分别为CoA2·2HA,NiA2·4HA,MgA2·3 HA;表观萃取平衡常数K1,2CO=10-6·27,K1,4Ni=10-7·14和K1,3Mo=10-6·30。革取反应为下式所示的阳离子交换反应:■考察萃取分离条件的结果表明,在适当的金属离子浓度比时,PH对分离系数有较大影响而温度的影响不明显。
【Abstract】 The extraction mechanism of Co(Ⅱ) . Ni(Ⅱ) and Mg from the sulfate solution with HEH[EHP] in kercsene has been studied at 25±1 ℃. The compositions of the extracted species were found to be CoA2· 2HA, NiA2· 4HA and MgA2·3HA respectively, and the apparent extraction equilibrium constants were obtained as The extraction equilibriua could be represented by the following general equation:■Thus the extraction mechanism of the systems studied was found to be cation-exchangc.The condilions of extraction separation of Co (Ⅱ)/Mg and Mg/Ni (Ⅱ) have also been studied.
