列阵电容式横向激励气体激光器的放电特性和多波长运转

【Abstract】 A transversely excited gas laser of the similar Blumlein circuit using the cerami capacitors is made. The laser output is obtained in N₂.X_e-H_e and CO₂ gases. Th discharge characteristics of this laser is measured and analysed. We Predict laser oscilation in the other gases can also be got.更多还原
