【Abstract】 We have grown large AlPO₄ single crystals using the repeated-raising temperature method. The growth rate of the different-cuttings has been measured. We have observed and analysed some defects of the crystals and discussed the factors that may effect the transparency of the crystals. The approach which can improve the quality of the crystals are being studied.更多还原
