双乙醛草酰二腙分光光度法——Ⅲ.头发中铜的测定

【摘要】 <正> 铜是机体必需的微量元素之一。头发中的微量铜常以络合物形式定量存在于蛋白质组织中,其正常含量比血液中高。如人体摄入或吸收过量铜,将引起高浓度必需元素诱发中毒,通常从检验血液,予以诊断,基于头发分析取样较抽取血液简便,且无痛感,而样品收集与保存均易。从医学科学的发展和环境分析的需求来看,很显然、在临床诊断上,或环境监测中,头发分析更具有实际意义。

【Abstract】 A Simple and rapid method is descrbed for the determination of copper in hair. The method is based on the sample digestion with HNO3 and HCLO4 under carefully controlled heating conditions and the subsequent determination of spectrophotometric method with bis-aoetaidehyde-oxalyldihydrazone.Amounts of copper in hair at concentration of llpg/g can be determined with fairly good accuracy and precision. .Even 100 /ig Fe(M), 20 /zg Mn, SO.g Ni and 20 fig Co present either individually or collectivelly do not interfere in the determination.In.comparison with extraction photometry and AAS methods, the present one is superior because it obviates solvent extraction technique and environmental pollution, and moreover, require no costly instruments.
