吐鲁番风化煤黄腐酸的结构表征

【摘要】 吐鲁番风化煤黄腐酸是在很特殊的自然环境条件下经强烈的氧化作用而形成的。它的数均分子量只有426。黄腐酸经CH2N2甲基化后,用溶剂(氯仿/己烷)梯度淋洗分级得到12个分子量有序递增的级分。原始黄腐酸和分级后的甲基化黄腐酸级分用IR、1H-NMR、ESR以及凝胶过滤,凝胶电泳和等电聚焦等方法进行表征。并讨论了该黄腐酸的结构特征。

【Abstract】 Fulvic acid (FA) extracted from weathered coal (Tulufan, Xinjian Province) is the one which was formed under rather unusual natural environmental conditions with intense oxidation. The number average molecular weight of this FA is rather low,only 426.The FA was methylated with CH2N2 at low temperature and was then fractionated by solvent (chloroform/hexane) gradient elution method into twelve fractions of progressively increasing molecular weights. The FA as well as the methylated FA fractions were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, ESR, gel filtration, gel electrophoresis and isoelectric focusing methods. By these extensive characterizations, the structural characteristics of the said FA have been deduced.
