劣质煤沸腾燃烧锅炉的埋管传热

【摘要】 本文系按乳化团传热模型列出了沸腾层内埋管传热偏微分方程式,利用有限差分法求得数值解,得到在各运行参数下的埋管传热系数,并与沸腾燃烧锅炉中测得的埋管传热系数进行比较,其结果较为一致,说明该模型还是较切合实际地反映沸腾层中的埋管传热过程。文中尚对有关运行参数对埋管传热系效的影响进行了分析。

【Abstract】 A non-linear partial differential equation for the heat transfer to the immersed tubes in a fluidized bed is formulated according to the emulsion packets model. Numerical solutions for heat transfer coefficients are obtained by the finite differential method and these analytical results are found to be in good agreement with the experimental values determined in two industrial boilers.In this paper, the influences of operating conditions on the heat transfer coefficients of the immersed tube are also discussed.
