聚焦激光束的成孔原理与最佳条件
PRINCIPLE AND OPTIMUM CONDITION OF FOCUSED LASER BORING
【摘要】 <正> 一、引言 近十多年来,激光微束照射技术的发展,及其在生物、基础医学等研究工作上所取得的成果表明,它已成为这些研究工作中一个新的有力手段。到目前为止,国内外的微束仪全部是利用短焦距透镜系统进行激光聚焦,所以不能在“厚”材料上取得较均匀的微孔。同时,它们大部分又是将观测系统与聚焦系统采用同一个高倍显微物镜,因此,其操作距离都是很短的。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the principle of laser boring is analysed, and the misunderstanding between the approximate expression (d≈f.θ) of waist diameter of focused Gaussian laser beam and the size of a hole caused by the laser boring, which has appeared in the articles and materials discussing the application of the focusing at home and abroad, is made clear. According to the principle of laser boring and longitudinal distribution of focused Gaussion laser beam in the target material, we obtain the longitudinal and lateral optimum condition in general cases. At the end of this paper, as an example, we analyse the design of J G C G -I type laser microbeam instrument.
