轴流滚筒的试验研究
A RESEARCH ON AXIAL-FLOW THRESHING CYLINDER
【摘要】 1978年研制了大型轴流滚筒试验台,该试验台具有可更换的三种滚筒、四种凹板和五种上盖,可组成七种不同结构的轴流滚筒方案进行对比试验。1979~1980年用该试验台进行了小麦、大豆和玉米等作物的120余次试验。从试验中看出: 1.七种结构方案均可达6公斤/秒的喂入量,损失率小于1%,大豆破碎率为0.5~1%,玉米破碎率为3%;钉齿叶片滚筒与三栅条凹板组成方案的脱粒、分离性能最强,对作物湿度的适应性最大,但功率消耗较大;纹杆叶片滚筒与三栅条凹板组成方案的综合指标最好,但对作物湿度的适应性较差。 2.各方案在脱较干小麦和大豆时,分离物含杂率较高,脱较湿小麦时次之,脱玉米时最小。
【Abstract】 In 1978, we built a largesize testing bed for axial-flow threshing cylinder, which were changeable for three types of cylinder, four types of concave, and five types of cylinder cover. Comparative tests can be made on seven different arrangements of the fore mentioned parts. During 1979-1980, we had had 120 tests with this bed on threshing wheat, soybean and maize.Our conclusions are as follows:1. For the seven arrangements of the working parts, the feeding capacity can all. reach 6 kg/sec. , loss percentage less than 1%, broken seed percentage of soybean0.5~1%, of maize 3%. Among them, the arrangement of spike tooth-vane type cylinder with three-grates type concave gave the strongest separating capacity and the best adaptability of seed moisture content, but it comsumes more power. The arrangement of raspbar-vane type cylinder and three-grates type concave gave the best comprehensive result, but less adaptable with seed moisture content.2. In the tests of all arrangements, the percentage of foreign substances in the threshed products is rather high when threshing dry wheat and soybean, less when threshing wet wheat, and minimum when threshing maize.
