【摘要】 将12头黑白花奶牛分两组,交叉喂以含12％豆饼的对照日粮和用菜籽饼按等氮量取代50％豆饼的试验日粮。喂菜籽饼组与对照组相比: (1)日粮的适口性相似; (2)有机物质消化率分别为67.14±1.33和69.55±3.86,差异不显著; (3)平均每头每日产标准乳分别为23.38和23.00公斤,差异不显著,平均含脂率都为2.99％; (4)每产1公斤标准乳所耗饲料分别为454和445克,差异不显著; (5)经4个月后血清总甲状腺素含量分别为8.38±0.56和7.92±0.72,均在正常范围之内,差异不显著。 试验结果表明,菜籽饼用量是安全的,其效果与豆饼相似。更多还原

【Abstract】 12 Holstein-Friesian dairy cows were randomized into two groups, each was fed alternately with two kinds of diet, i.e. the control diet containing 12% soybean meal and the experimental diet with rapeseed substituting for 50% nitrogen of soybean meal. By comparing the control group with the rapeseed meal group, it was ,found that:1) They showed no difference in appetite;2) The digestibilities of the organic matter in the diets were 67.14±1.33 and 69.55+3.86 respectively, the difference being not significant;3) The average daily milk yields （FCM） were 23.38 and 23.00kg respectively, the difference being not significant, and the average fat percentages in milk were the same （2.99%）;4) The feeds for milk production /1 kg FCM were 454 and 445 gm. respectively, the difference being not significant;5) The serum T₄ of the dairy cows after four months of experiment were 8.38±0.56 and 7.92±0.72 respectively, both in normal range.The results show that rapeseed meal, when used in the amount described above, is safe and it has the similar performance as soybean meal.更多还原
