粳稻矮生性的遗传研究

【摘要】 为探索粳稻矮生性遗传的性质及遗传方式,本文研完了由9个粳稻材料(高×矮)和(矮×矮)两种杂交方式配置的19个杂交组合的株高变异。研究结果表明,粳稻矮生性属隐性遗传,其遗传性质基本上可分为两类:一类由微效多基因控制,表现为数量性状的遗传,如清锦、农林22号、矮秆黄;一类由隐性主效基因控制,表现为质量性状遗传,如矮银坊、朝日、南粳15辐射选、南粳11辐射选、万年青。后一类矮秆材料的互交试验表明,各材料的主效基因多属非等位关系,基因的多效性常较明显。

【Abstract】 The genetic nature and mode of plant height in eight dwarf and semidwarf lines and varieties of Oryza sativa L.subsp. keng were studied with their nineteen combinations of crosses. The results were as follows.The F1 generations were generally taller then their mid-parents or even tall parents, showing a marked heterosis.The plant heights of Aiyinfang,Zhouri, Wannianqing, irradiated Nankeng 15 and 11 were respectively controlled by major recessive genes and most of them were nonallelic, where in the pleiotropic effect could be observed.The statures of Qingjin, Nonglin 22 and Aiganhuang were under the control of polygenes. The differences of plant height among them might result from certain gene interactions in their polygene systems without any relation to their different durations of growth.The dwarf germplasms utilized so far in keng rice breeding might be mostly polygene-controlled.The problem how to make use of dwarf germplasm controlled by major effective gene as seen in Oryza satiya L. subsp keng remains to be solved.
