农业害虫抗药性研究——Ⅰ.棉铃虫抗药性调查及其抗药性机制的初步探讨

【摘要】 本文根据美国昆虫学会和联合国粮农组织推荐的烟夜蛾属(Heliothis spp.)害虫抗性的标准测定方法,对江苏等地区棉铃虫抗性水平调查的结果表明:江苏棉铃虫种群对常用杀虫药剂抗性水平是山东虫种的5倍以上,特别是江苏东台种群对滴滴涕的抗性水平,从1975年至1981年提高了12倍以上。因此,江苏种群抗性较强,山东种群较敏感。 以甲胺磷、乐胺磷对上述抗性种群和敏感种群分别进行测定表明,棉铃虫两种群的相对毒力或共毒系数基本相近,初步证实抗性种群对甲胺磷、乐胺磷不表现明显抗性;用多功能氧化酶的抑制剂加西维因对抗性种群测定,增效比值达8—27倍由此认为多功能氧化酶可能是导致棉铃虫产生抗药性的主要因子。

【Abstract】 According to the standard testing method recommended by ESA and FAO for determining the resistance of Heliothis to insecticides, the levels of tolerance of H.armigera collected from three provinces(Jiangsu, Hebei and Shandong)were investigated in 1981. The results indicate that the resistance of Jiangsu and Hebei populations to DDT and carbaryl is much higher than that of Shangdong population (12 and 5 times higher respectively), but in the resistance to methyl-parathion the populations of the three provinces skow little difference. Besides,it is found that the resistance to DDT of bollworms collected from Dongtai Jangsu Province, has raised over twelve times of the 1975′s level,but susceptibility to permethrin has not changed yet. We suggest that the population of H.armigera in Jiangsu Province is going to develop into a, DDT-resistant. strain.A preliminary analysis of the resistance mechanism was made in our test.Methamidophos and methamidophos+dimethoate(1 : 1)were used to test the toxicity of the populations of the three provinces and no significant difference was shown.However) when mfo inhibitors, such as piperonyl butoxid or propanyl ethers were used as synergists, and in combination with carbaryl, the LD50 values of the 6th instar larvae significantly decreased, the synergistic ratio being 8—27 times. We suggest that mfo probably plays a major role in causing resistance to insecticides in this species.
