水稻白叶枯病抗性遗传研究
A STUDY OF THE INHERITANCE OF THE RESISTANCE TO BACTERIAL LEAF BLIGHT, XANTHOMONAS ORYZAE (UYEDA AND ISHIYAMA) DOWSON, IN RICE (ORYZA SATIVA L.)
【摘要】 本文研究了国外引进的六个抗病材料Zenith,Pelita I/1、DV-86、DZ-78、DV-85和BJ1对白叶枯病强菌株KS-8-4的抗病性遗传,试算了和育种有关的遗传参数,结果表明:Zenith和BJ1对KS-8-4的抗性是由一个隐性主效基因控制的,Pelita I/1的抗性是由一个显性主效基因控制的,而DV-86、DZ-78和DV-85的抗性均是由一个显性上位基因和一个隐性基因控制的。抗病性狭义遗传力多数在70%以上,预期抗病性早代选择较易收效。
【Abstract】 Six bacterial leaf blight resistant materials, viz. Zenith, Pelita I/1, DV-86,DZ-78, DV-85 and Bjl, were studied with a view to determining its mode of inheritance when inoculated with the virulent isolate, KS-8-4, from Jiangsu Province, the People’s Republic of China.The pertormances of F1, F2, F3 and backcross generations B1 and B2 revealed that the resistance of Zenith and Bjl was controlled by a major recessive gene, that of Pelita I/1 by a major dominant gene, and that of DV-86, DZ-78 and DV-85 was, however, controlled jointly by an epistatic dominant and a recessive gene.Aside from the major genes, certain minor genes, might be involved.Some genetic parameters were estimated, the range of narrow heritabilities of resistance was found to be 53.89—76.57 percent.The problems of incorporation of resistant genes into varieties and hybrid rices which are susceptible to this disease were discussed.
