【Abstract】 In this paper, a brief survey is given to the development of fail-safe logical system and self-checking logical system in the past ten years and more, and their differences and relationships are pointed out. At the end of the paper. a bibliography of about hundred articles is given. Major results of the reseach in this field during that period were included in these articles.更多还原
