聚砜酰胺(PSA)膜在强碱性溶液中物化稳定性的研究
RESEARCH OF PHYSIOCHEMICAL STABILITY OF POLYSULFONEAMIDE(PSA)MEMBRANE IN THE STRONG ALKALI SOLUTON
【摘要】 研究了聚砜酰胺(PSA)膜,在 P~H=11.7~13.1的氰化镀镉液中的物化稳定性。采用极限粘度法,差热分析法,红外光谱法以及膜的断面形态结构来表征膜的物化稳定性。通过膜的浸渍对比试验,确定了 PSA 膜使用的 P~H值范围。
【Abstract】 The physiochemical stability of polysulfoneamide (PSA) membrane in the cadmium cyanide plating solution of pH(11.7~13.1) was studied. The physio chemical stability of membrane is characterized by methods of limiting viscosity,differential thermal analysis(DTA),Infra-red spectroscopy (IR) and membrane morphology.By means of the membranes immersing test,it extends application for P~H range of the PSA membrane.
