【摘要】 本试验用园盘聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳比较分析了甜瓜的十几个品种及其杂交后代的过氧化物酶和细胞色素氧化酶的同工酶活性和酶谱的变化与其杂种优势的相关性,结果表明:凡是有优势的杂交组合的细胞色素氧化酶同工酶活性均比对应亲本的酶活性高,同时酶谱都是非常有规律地在杂种中出现一条宽带;而过氧化物酶同工酶的活性都低于亲本、而且酶帶的条数有减少的趋势;因此可利用甜瓜子叶酶谱变化早期鉴定甜瓜杂交组合的优劣和选择适当的杂交亲本的一个参考指标.更多还原

【Abstract】 In this experiment,a comparison of isozyme analysis of peroxidaseand cytochrome oxidase of different melon cultiuars(biness)and their hyb-rid progeneis was conducted by polyacrylamide gel disc electrophoreticmethod.The results showed that:1.The activities of cytochrome oxidase iso-zymes in the progenies exhibiting hybrid vigor were higher than thoseof their respective parents.A wide band of isozymes appeared in theenzymogram and the numbers of isozyme bands were increased.2.The activities of peroxidase isozymes in the progenies exhibitinghybrid vigor were lower than those of their respective parents and thenumbers of isozyme bands were decreased.The possibility of using changes in enzymogram of cotyledom tissuesas an indicator of hybrid vigor in melon breeding was suggested.更多还原
