【Abstract】 This paper deals with four species of the genus Phaenolobus collected from China. Among them Phaenolobus longinotaulices is described as new and Phaenolobus kuroa-shii Uchida, Phaenolobus koreanus Uchida and Phaenolobus tsunekii Uchida are recorded for the first time in China. A key to these species is appended.Type specimens are preserved in the Institute of Zoology, Academia Sinica.Phaenolobus longinotaaKces sp. nov.This new species is closely related to Phaenolobus tsunekii Uchida, but differs from it by: Notaulus of mesoscutum long and sharp, reaching to end of mesoscutum; mesopleurum with coarsely close punctures, speculum longitudinally wrinkled; abdominal tergite 1 about 2.3 times as long as apical width and with irregular longitudinal wrinkles; fore wing 13.5 mm long.Holotype (?)
