【摘要】 本文报道了昆虫化学不育剂噻派(Thiotepa)对淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens Coq.)的不育作用,以及对雄蚊交配竞争力和副腺的影响。试验证明用噻派处理雄蛹,浓度范围在0.5—0.8％,处理时间为1—3小时,其不育率可达90％以上。0.7％浓度的噻派处理雄蛹1小时,不育雄蚊的交配竞争力胜过正常雄蚊。经用遗传标记蚊虫测试,表明雄蚊副腺未发生损伤,与其交配的雌蚊仍保持单配性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper deals with the sterile effect of the chemosterilant Thiotepa on the mosquito Culex pipiens pollens Coq. and its influence on the competitiveness and the accessory gland fluid of the sterile males.When the male pupae were exposed to 0.5, 0.6, 0.7 and 0.8% Thiotepa solutions for 1, 2, and 3 hours respectively, the sterility rate of the ensuring adults was over 90%.When the female pupae were treated under the above conditions, the sterility rate was 43.4-84.8%.The males which emerged from the pupae treated in 0.7% Thiotepa solution for 1 hour were more competitive than the normal ones. The result determined by using genetic marker indicated that Thiotepa did not appear to damage the accessory gland and the females remained monogamous.更多还原
