SURFACE STATE OF COPPER ELECTRODE IN SOLUTION OF POTASSIUM PYROPHOSPHATE
【摘要】 <正> Pyrophosphate as chelating agent has been extensively used in the practice of the electrodeposition of metals. Especially the use of pyrophosphate copper plating is universal. The study of electrode processes in this system, however, is insufficient; moreover there are some disagreements on it.
