DETECTION OF SISTER CHROMATID EXCHANGES IN MOUSE SPERMATOGONIA IN VIVO
【摘要】 <正> Sister chromatid exchanges (SCE) can be detected and a clear demarcation between sister chromatids can be obtained by incorporating 5-bromo-2′-deoxyuridine (BrdU) into chromosomal DNA throughout two rounds of replication period and with the sister chromatid differential staining technique.
