Al-Si-Ge三元合金相图的研究
THE PHASE DIAGRAM OF SYSTEM Al-Si-Ge
【摘要】 热分析方法配合合金相观察研究了Al-Si-Ge体系富Al区的多温状态图。本体系为一连续过渡型二元共晶体系。二元共晶线由Al-Si共晶点577℃逐渐下降而和Al-Ge共晶点423℃相连。液相限由α-Al的初晶面和β-Si(Ge)固溶体的初晶面组成。体系内并无化合物或其它新相生成。
【Abstract】 A polythermal phase diagram study has been made of the Al-rich part in the AI-Si-Ge system by the methods of thermal analysis and metallography. The system belongs in a eutectic type with continuous transition from one binary side to the another. The temperatures of the eutectic line gradually decrease from 577℃ on the Al-Si side to 423℃ on the Al-Ge side. The orthogonally projected eutectic line is slightly convex to the Al-corner from the connected line of two eutectics on the both binary sides. No evidence was found about any new compound and phase in the system.
