氮在含Al晶粒取向硅钢中的作用

【摘要】 本文旨在确定Al,N含量在人们感兴趣的范围内与硅钢磁性的相关性。用热氢抽取法测定固溶氮和AlN中的氮,以阐明氮在含Al硅钢中的行为,并对以AlN为主要抑制剂的晶粒取向硅钢的工艺特性进行初步探讨。

【Abstract】 An attempt was made to understand the behaviour of Al and N, and to determine the mutual proper range of them contained in the grain oriented silicon steel. It has been shown that its magnetic properties is affected by the formation of AIN as effective inhibitor in which the N content seems to play an important role. The N both contained in solid solution and combined in AIN were determined by hydrogen extracting method. Finally, its technological feature influenced mainly by such AIN inhibitor has been discussed.
