脉冲光泵D2O-CH3F混合气远红外激光器

【摘要】 用TEA-CO2激光器脉冲光泵D2O-CH3F混合气,获得了D2O发射的66微米、114微米和385微米以及CH3F发射的496微米的远红外激光。介绍了D2O-CH3F混合气远红外激光器的参量特性,并与单元气体的远红外激光器进行了比较。

【Abstract】 D2O-CH3F gas-mixture in a superradiat tube was optically pumped using TEA CO2 laser pulses and FIB laser emissions at 66m, 114 um and 385 um from D2O vapour and 496um from CH3F gas were obtained. The characteristics of this laser are described and a comparison with single gas FIE laser is made.
