POCl3-Z Cl4-Nd(CF3COO)3和POCl3-SnCl4-Nd3+激光液体的光谱参数

【摘要】 用光谱法求得POCl3-ZrCl4-Nd(CF3COO)3和POCl-SnCl4-Nd3+两种激光液体的Judd-Ofelt强度参数愿Ω2、Ω4、Ω6分别为1.71、4.09、6.37和1.90、5.14、6.86(×10-20厘米2),从而计算了Nd3+离子的4F3/24IJ的辐射跃迁几率、荧光分支比、辐射寿命、辐射量子效率和4F3/2→4I11/2的诱导发射截面σp(分别为5.15×10-20和5.69×10-20厘米2)。计算值与实验值符合较好。

【Abstract】 The Judd-Ofelt intensity parameters Ω2, Ω4, Ω6 of POCl3-ZrCl4-Nd(CF3COO)3 and POCl3-SnCl4-Nd3+ laser liquids are 1.71, 4.09, 6.37 and 1.90, 5.14, 6.86(10-20cm2) respectively, which were determind by spectroscopic method. With these values the probabilities of radiative transition, branching ratio, radia tive lifetime, radiative quantum efficiency of 4F3/2- 4Ijtransition and induced-emission cross section p of 4F3/2 4I11/2 transition(5.15 x 10-20 and 5.69 × 10-20cm2) were calculated. The calculated values are in good agreement with the experimental ones.
