222毫微米KrCl激光器的实验研究

【摘要】 本文报导紫外光预电离放电泵浦的222毫微米KrCl准分子激光器的各种参数对激光性能的影响,以He作缓冲气体,得到的激光输出能量为60毫焦耳。文中还介绍了KrCl的辐射光谱。使用这种准分子激光光解HgI2蒸气已观察到Hg原子5461(?)的激光谱线。

【Abstract】 Experimental study of UV-preionized KrCl excimer laser at 222 nm was performed. The dependence of the laser performances on its various parameters is discussed. Laser output energy of 60 mJ was extracted using He as diluent gas. KrCl radiative spectra are given. Laser line at 5461 A from Hg atoms was observed by photodissociation of HgI2 vapor with this excimer laser.
