连续泵浦Nd:YAG声光调Q铌酸钡钠腔内倍频激光器

【摘要】 在连续泵浦的Nd:YAG激光器中采用声光Q开关、Ba2NaNb5O15晶体进行腔内倍频,获得峰值功率为2.56千瓦、重复频率为1千赫、脉宽为75毫微秒、波长为0.53微米的激光输出。并进行了应用实验,取得了满意的效果。

【Abstract】 In a continuously pumped and A-O Q- switched Nd:YAG laser, BNN crystal elements are used for intracavity frequency doubling. With this system, a peak output power of 2.56 KW at 0.53μm, 1KHz repetition rate and 75 ns pulse-width has been obtained. Experiments for application of this system have been carried out, and satisfactory results obtained.
