【摘要】 本文主要报道了用CO₂激光照射驴穴位——百会、肾棚、肾俞和肾角,引起驴血清蛋白电泳值的变化。 驴血清蛋白电泳值是用醋酸纤维素薄膜电泳和洗脱法测定的。 测定结果是血清白蛋白和γ球蛋白电泳值明显升高,血清α球蛋白和β球蛋白电泳值及球蛋白总值都有所下降,血液蛋白系数（A/G）有些上升。 从而证明,用CO₂激光照射驴穴位,可增强机体的体液免疫机能,为临床应用激光治疗疾病提供了科学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The serum protein fractions of donkey change due to CO2 laser irradiation-of its acupuncture points Paihui,Shenpeug,Shenshu and Shenchiao.The proteins in the sera were separated by electrophoresis on cellulose acetate support medium.The proportions of each component,in particular the serum protein fractions,were measured with the elution method.The changes in albumin fraction were 28.87±6.85 to 31.0015.33%and the gamma-globulin fraction increased from 43.47±8.31 to 48.11±7.91%.Alpha-globulin fraction reduced from 8.52±4.19 to 7.01±3.89%.Beta-globulin fraction reduced from 19.14±8.12 to 13.64±7.98%.The total serum globulin fractions reduced trom 71.13±7.06 to 69.00±s.54%.The ratio of albumin to globulin (A/G)increased from 0.41±0.13tom 0.41±0.13 to 0.45±0.11.更多还原
