横向电激励CO2连续激光器的放电稳定性

【摘要】 本文分析了多针对平板放电、横向电激励CO2激光器的稳定性条件,论述了放电稳定性与镇流电阻的关系,以及稳流调节器的应用。

【Abstract】 The stability conditions of multipin-to-plate discharge of transverse discharge excited CW CO2 laser have been analysed.The dependence of the discharge stability on the series ballast resistance and tne application of stable current regulator are discussed.
