【摘要】 本工作是对我国特有的经济树种香榧Torreya grandis Fort.ex Lindl.种子的油脂进行分析,结果如下: 1.香榧种仁含油量为54.39％,存放一年后含油量略有下降。野生圆榧Torreya grandis Fort.Var.dielsii Hu.的种仁含油量为42.61％。 2.存放一年后的陈香榧种子以及新鲜的圆榧种子所含的油脂、酸值与过氧化值都比较高。 3.香榧油的脂肪酸中,不饱和脂肪酸达78.40％,圆榧油的不饱和脂肪酸达77.9％。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the oil constituents of the seeds of Torreya grandis Forta., native tree of our country. The results obtained are as follows:1. The Torreya grandis Fort, kernel contains 54.39% of oil. Its oil content decreases after one year’s storage. The seed kernel of Torreya grandis Var. dielsii Hu contains 42.61% of oil.2. Both acid value and peroxidized value of cultivated seeds after a year’s storage and the fresh wild seeds are very high.3.
