【摘要】 <正> 作为中国近海带鱼种群生化鉴别研究的一个前题,本文探讨了几个生化指标在种内的变化和相近种之间的差异幅度。带鱼个体变化的材料是1980年5月在浙江舟山近海收集的;其他材料是1976—1981年分别在河北北塘,山东长山岛、青岛,上海南汇,福建三沙以及海南岛等地收集的。共分析了720个带鱼生化样品,170个小带鱼样品。样品取自活鱼或刚死后数小时以至捕后一天的冰藏鱼。样品匀浆后,以更多还原

【Abstract】 The electrophoretic patterns of myogen and muscle LDH isozyme show some individual changes as influenced by the fish length. The disparity on the muscle LDH and liver esterase in T. haumala and T. mutieus is distinct. Tuker and James etc. referred T. humala and T. mutieus to different genus, Trichiurus and Eupleurogrammus respectively. This point of view could find support from the electrophoretic patterns of the muscle LDH isozyme and liver esterase observed in our experiment.更多还原
