【Abstract】 A simple sensitive gas chromatographie method is presented. When one liter of seawater is passed through the XAD-2 resin bed, the chrorinated pesticides are absorbed and eluted with warm acetone (40℃) and back extracted with petroleum ether (30-50℃ fraction). Then the chlorinated pesticides are determined by gas chromatography using a 63Ni electron-capture detector.The procedure described in this paper is a convenient and reliable method for the determination of nanogram quantities of BHC and DDT from one liter sample of seawater.更多还原
